CET-Temecula is open entry, open exit, whereby students can enter training year round.
We offer competency-based training; there are no fixed "semesters". An Academic Year is a period of not less than 30 weeks of instructional time with a minimum of 900 clock hours of instruction for a full time student.
Clock Hours are 50 to 60 minutes of supervised instruction during a 60-minute period
Students train at their own pace in a highly individualized, non-competitive environment, with over 60% of the training conducted in a hands-on environment.
An intensive program — students attend year-round, 4 - 6 hours a day, 5 days a week for an average of 7 months.
Classes are conducted for small groups of students which reinforces the individualized training focus; a critical element in the contextual learning mode.
Students are confident in their abilities, while employers are assured quality workers.
